This is a civil application seeking condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of writ petition which was dismissed by the order dated 5 May 2016 passed by the Registrar Judicial - I. 3.

Having perused the averments as made in the civil application and as there is no opposition filed by the other side, it is in the interest of justice that the civil application is required to be allowed. 4.

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). No costs.
