Admittedly after completing investigation of C.R No.I-74 of 2022, registered with Murbad Police Station, District Thane, police have submitted charge sheet in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Murbad, District Thane on 31st March 2022. 2.

Petitioner is having substantive alternate remedy of filing discharge application or to contest trial as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C before the trial Court.

Petition is accordingly disposed off by reserving the said remedy as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C in favour of Petitioner.
