The learned counsel for the appellants pointed out in paragraph 14 of the plaint that the suit is valued for Rs.30,00,000/- and, therefore, prays that this Appeal needs to be transferred to District Court, Pune. 2.

As per the notification No. CCS.2014/C.R.-25/D-19 dated 31st August, 2015, which says that the suit having valuation upto 1 crore are to be transferred to District Court with effect from 1st September, 2015. Hence, this Appeal be transferred to District Court, Pune. 3.

Registrar (Judicial) to take steps accordingly. This Appeal is to be transferred to District Court, Pune within 10 days. 4.

Appeal is disposed of as transferred. Civil Application is also accordingly disposed of.
