The prayer of the petitioner in the petition is to direct the respondent authorities to transfer him to the open prison. 2.

In case the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, we direct the concerned authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision, if already not taken, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 10 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
