This is an application for modification of the conditions while releasing the applicant on bail by the Session Court vide order dated 08/01/2021. The applicant had approached the Sessions Court for modification of the conditions which was rejected by the order dated 04/02/2021. I am not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Sessions Court which is rejected after giving good reasons. However, in the interest of justice, I am inclined to modify the condition No.3 in the order dated 08/01/2021 of attending police station. The applicant has complied with all the 1/2

PMB 23.appln.226-21.doc conditions. Considering that the trial will take some time to commence, the condition can be suitably modified. The applicant now to attend the D.B. Marg Police Station, Mumbai once in three months on the first Monday between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. till the trial is concluded commencing March 2023.
