After the civil application is heard at some length, learned Counsel for the Applicant (original Appellant in the first appeal) seeks leave to withdraw the civil application with liberty to adopt such steps against the Respondent herein in enforcement of her client's independent rights to the suit property, namely, CTS No.213, forming the subject matter of the present first appeal.
