Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 Nagar Panchayat states that the unauthorized structure raised by respondent no. 3 against which notice action under section 53 of the MRTP Act was taken has been regularized and therefore, prayer of the petitioner to execute that notice under section 53 does not survive.
