After this petition was argued for some time and our attention was invited to pendency of Civil Miscellaneous Application No.112 of 2017 in the Court of the Principal District Judge, Raigad at Alibaug, we expressed our disinclination to grant any relief and issue a writ of habeas corpus. On such disinclination being expressed in open Court, in the presence of the petitioner, Mr. Thorat, learned Advocate appearing for the

suresh 909-WP-1491.2017.doc petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of as not pressed/withdrawn. 2.

We would expect the Principal District Judge, Raigad at Alibaug to take up Civil Miscellaneous Application No.112 of 2017 and endeavour to dispose it of as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
