After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if trial pertaining to CR No.183 of 2017 registered with APAMC Police Station, Navi Mumbai does not commence within a period of one year from today.
