By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 01.03.2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sangli below exhibit-5 in Hindu Marriage Petition No.150 of 2012. By that order, the learned trial Judge partly allowed the application made by the respondent-wife under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for interim maintenance and for litigation expenses.

Mr. Sangvilkar seeks permission to withdraw the Petition on the ground that controversy between the parties is amicably settled.
