Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the petitioner is to dispose of this petition by issuing direction to respondent no. 1 Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai to decide the petitioner's Revision Application No.136 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that he is denying the averments made in the petition.

In view of the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement and keeping all the contentions open, we are disposing of this petition by directing the respondent no.1 to decide the revision application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
