After arguing the Appeal for sometime, the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant and Respondent, after taking instructions from their clients jointly submit that the present Appeal can be disposed of by passing following order :

Neeta Sawant 2/2 903-AO-436-2022 2 November 2023 (i) The Respondent-Bank shall issue a simple relieving letter within a period of three days from today, in the name of the Plaintiff relieving her from services w.e.f. 30 October 2021 and certifying the services rendered by her with the Respondent-Bank.

(ii) Immediately upon receipt of the relieving letter, the Appellant-Plaintiff agrees to withdraw S.C. Suit No. 727/2022.

With the above directions, the Appeal from Order is disposed of. With disposal of the Appeal, Interim Application does not survive. The same also stands disposed of. SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.
