We find that petitioner has been placed in category 4(A) as per guidelines dated 15th December, 2010 and 11th April, 2008. Thus, he has to put in 26 years of imprisonment with remission. 3.

His nominal roll shows that till 28th February, 2019 with remission, he had completed 22 years, 6 months and 15 days. Thus, he has to put in some more time in prison and he can not be released now.

In view of this finding, petition is disposed of. 5.

Order be communicated to prisoner in jail.
