DATED : 7 JANUARY 2023 P.C. :- This Court by Order dated 20 December 2022 in Criminal Writ Petition No.2735 of 2022 and Criminal Writ Petition No.4680 of 2022 quashed the FIR No.249 of 2021 registered at Bandgarden Police Station, Pune. The present Application is filed seeking bail in the said crime. As the FIR itself is quashed, nothing survives in the present Application and the same is disposed of as infructuous. In view of the disposal of the present Application, the Interim Application also stands disposed of as infructuous.
