Mr. Kanetkar submits that all the records have been shifted to the new building, and his instructions are that the inauguration of the new court building is being planned for 22.04.2023 and hopefully all going well, he feels it should take place on 22.04.2023. In view of the above, Mr. Kanade for Petitioner states that the prayers sought in the Petition have got worked out and nothing would remain in the Petition. Petition accordingly, disposed. We must appreciate the contribution by every party in the Petition as well as their Lawyers in working out this Petition to the satisfaction of all concerned.
