This is an application for releasing the applicant on temporary bail for the purpose of appearing in the University examination.

C.R.No.142/2021 was registered against the applicant at Ghodegaon Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 326, 325, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3(2)(v), 3(2) (va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned APP submitted that on previous occasions the applicant was enlarged on bail to enable him to appear for examination till the completion of the examination. 4.
The application is opposed by learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

I have perused the orders dated 25/3/2022, 31/1/2023 and 10/11/2023 passed by the trial Court to enable the applicant to appear for the examination by granting him temporary bail. This application is accordingly allowed. 6.
It is confirmed that the applicant is a bonafide student and that the exams are scheduled. The applicant should not suffer. He can be allowed to appear for the exam. 7.
The applicant is enlarged on temporary bail for the period from 29/3/2024 till 19/4/2024 on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount.

The applicant is permitted to furnish cash bail surety in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- for a period of 2 weeks in lieu of sureties.

The applicant shall surrender before the jail authority 2/3
on or before 19/4/2024.
10.
The applicant shall attend the concerned police station everyday till completion of the examination.
11.
The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case during that period. 12.
The applicant shall inform his latest place of residence and mobile contact numbers along with relevant documents immediately to the investigating ofÏcer.
13.
If there is a breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the prosecution shall be at liberty to seek cancellation of the applicant's bail.
14.
The application is disposed of.
