This is an Application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicants apprehending their arrest in C.R.No.44/2020 registered with Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under sections 380, 420, 452, 454, 457, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the Applicants and learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties. 1/2

By order dated 26/04/2021, this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) had granted interim bail to the Applicants. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicants have reported to the Investigating Officer. They have been interrogated and that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed. The presence of the Applicants is no longer required for the purpose of custodial interrogation. Hence, interim bail granted vide order dated 26/04/2021, stands confirmed.
