1] On 09.06.2022, the Bail Application was withdrawn, with the liberty to renew the request, if charges are not framed within a period of 6 months.

Admittedly, now the charge has been framed against the Applicant under Section 302 read with 143, 145, 146, 147, 148 and 149 of the IPC read with Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. The material against the Applicant compiled in the charge-sheet, prima-facie point towards his guilt and hence he must necessarily undergo trial, as he was not held entitled for being released on bail, considering serious nature of the offence.

Bail Application is disposed off.
