P.C:- By the present application, the applicant/appellant seek condonation of delay of five days in instituting the First Appeal. The First Appeal is filed being aggrieved by the judgment and order passed by the MACT, Thane directing the Insurance Company to pay an amount to the claimants under its order.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the Application. The delay of five days deserves to be condoned as is being miniscule and sufficiently explained in para 10 to 13 of the application.
