The only relief as prayed in the Writ Petition is that the proposal of the petitioner dated 08/10/2013 for allotment of an alternate land which is pending with the respondents - authorities, be directed to be disposed of.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner had submitted a proposal in question for allotment of an alternate land which is required to be considered and decided by the respondents - authorities.

We, therefore, consider it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the respondents - authorities to consider and decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 08/10/2013 in accordance with law. Decision on the same be taken within a period of eight weeks from today.

There shall be no order as to costs.
