This is an application seeking permission to carry out the repairs at applicant's cost as per the schedule of repair work tendered by Mr. Dahibawkar, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Vaishnav has no objection for carrying out the said repair work at applicant's cost subject to obtaining permission from the Competent Authority, if required.

Hence, applicant is allowed to carry out the repair 1/2

CAC283_16.doc work as per the schedule of repair work tendered on 08.06.2016 at his cost and in accordance with law. By way of abundant caution, it is made clear that applicant will carry out repair work after obtaining permission from the Competent Authority, if so required.
