Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instruction seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. He submits that the Petitioner may be granted liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law for adoption / guardianship before the competent Court, as may be advised. 2.
The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

At the request of learned counsel for the Petitioner, it is directed that for a period of six months, the Respondent No.2 -
Sknair 902-wp-1493-17.doc the Child Welfare Committee (Suburban) shall not give minor child Mandar to third party for adoption.
