C.:- 1) Present Petition is received through jail for release of the Petitioner on furlough leave, for the year 2023. 2) Mr. Gavand, learned A.P.P. on instructions from Shri S. V. Chikane, Incharge Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, the Petitioner was released on furlough leave on 26th September 2023, for a period of 28 days and he reported back to the Jail Authority on 25th October 2023, i.e. on scheduled date. 3) In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
