If the Petitioner fails to carried out the amendment and fails to supply additional copy of the petition for effecting service of notice to the added Respondent within a period of three weeks from today, the petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to this Court. If compliance is made within a stipulated time, notice to be issued to the added Respondent returnable on 8th March 2017. Ad-interim relief granted on 22 April 2016 to continue till next date.
