Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned APP.

After hearing both the sides, I am not inclined to grant a bail. The Applicant is husband of the injured and he assaulted the injured with the help of sickle. Prior to the assault he has thrown chilly powder. The injuries are on vital part of the body and there are multiple injuries. Medical certificates issued by the Corporation hospital and by Nair hospital are on record. Sickle is seized from the spot. Apart from that there are earlier non-cognizable complaint registered against present Applicant at the instance of the wife of the SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date: 2023.06.07 15:09:22 +0530 Seema 1/2

There are two children who are minors out of the said wedlock and mother of the present Applicant is taking their care However on that ground we cannot grant him bail as there are sufficient materials. If the trial will not start within a period of one year from today, the Applicant is entitled to ask for bail a fresh. Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Court for information and necessary action.

The grievance is made that even though the case is committed, the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai has not given number. If it is so, then let case be numbered. 5.

Bail application is disposed of accordingly.
