After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, since the case is of the year 2015 and since only 3 witnesses have been examined till date, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before June 2022.
