The grievance of the petitioner is that though his application dated 17.2.2015 has been heard by respondent no. 1 on 25.6.2015, but till date no decision has been taken on the said application. 2.

In the circumstances, a prayer has been made to direct the said Authority to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application dated 17.2.2015 as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel

hvn 935-wp-7427.2017 for the petitioner as also learned AGP, we dispose of this petition by directing the said Authority to re-hear the matter and take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the said application. The contention of the learned AGP that the said application is not maintainable be also examined by the said Authority and a speaking order be passed. Needless to say that we have not commented upon the merits of the matter. Petitioner to appear before the said Authority on 20.12.2017. The said Authority shall decide the petitioner's application as aforesaid within period of two months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 4.
