194-wp-1445-22 respondent who has filed an affidavit is present before this court. She is identified by the counsel representing her. The second respondent states that she has voluntarily entered into settlement and given consent for quashing of F.I.R.

As the parties have amicably settled the matter, no fruitful purpose would be served by continuing the C.C.No.1869/PW/2019 arising out of FIR No. 265 of 2019. In this view of the matter, the petition deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) which read thus:- "b. That, this Hon'
