Perused the order passed by this Court dated 6 th March, 2020 extending time upto 9 th April, 2020 to enable the Petitioner/Applicant to deposit an amount of Rs.2,25,00,000/- with the Registry of this Court. 2.

The order is not complied with till date. The Petitioner has belatedly i.e. on 12 th February, 2021 filed a praecipie stating that it is ready to Mugdha Page 1 of 2

The Petitioner has brazenly breached the order passed by this Court dated 6 th March, 2020. However, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Respondents, the Petitioner is allowed to deposit the said amount with the Registry on or before 16/02/2021.
