Learned counsel for the Petitioner in both the aforesaid Petitions states that the Petitioner is ready to appear before the trial Court on 12.12.2019 and file an appropriate Application for cancellation of the non-bailable warrant as well as proclamation issued by the trial Court as against the Petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, no coercive steps to be taken against the Petitioner till 16.12.2019. If an Application seeking cancellation of the non-bailable warrant as well as proclamation is filed by the Petitioner, the same shall be decided by the trial Court
