By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing First Appeal. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1(a) to 1(f) states that her clients have no objection if the delay is condoned. None appears for the respondent no.2 when the matter is called out. No affidavit-in-reply is filed.

Heard learned senior counsel for the applicant and the respondent nos.1(a) to 1(f) Delay is sufficiently explained in paragraphs 9 to 13 of the civil application. The reasons recorded in those paragraphs of the civil application are accepted.

Civil application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.
