This Civil Application is by auction purchaser for grant of approval to the sale in his favour.

The perusal of the record would reveal that Liquidation Committee has conducted auction in accordance with Rules laid down. In that view of the matter, we do not find any objection with regard to the grant of approval to the said 10th July 2017

1-CAW-985-2015.DOC auction sale. Mr. Ashutosh Kulkarni, Amicus Curiae in the matter stated that, sale should be made subject to the Applicant complying with KYC norms.

The Civil Application is, therefore, allowed subject to the Applicant complying with KYC norms.
