Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this court vide order dated 28th September, 2022 (Coram: Bharti Dangre, J) has granted bail to the applicant, but applicant could not furnish surety as directed by this Court. Hence, requested that applicant be permitted to furnish cash surety for temporary period and he may be released 1/2

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP and reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Applicant be released on provisional cash bail of Rs.25,000/- for a period of three months. Applicant to arrange the surety in this period. 4.

Application is allowed and disposed of.
