This is an application seeking relaxation of condition of attendance granted by this Court while granting bail to the applicant vide order dated 28th March, 2015 passed in Bail Application No.152 of 2014.

The applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station on first Sunday on every month till the conclusion of the trial. It is submitted that the applicant has complied the said 1/2

Vina k sr.930.appp.288.2016.doc condition. The chargesheet has been filed in this case. Discharge application preferred by the applicant and other accused are pending. Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the co-accused had preferred an application for relaxation of the aforesaid condition, the said application was allowed by this Court by order dated 5th December, 2016 passed in Criminal Application No.144 of 2016.

In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 28th March, 2014 directing the applicant to attend the concerned police station on first Sunday of every month till conclusion of the trial is hereby relaxed. 4.

Application stands disposed of.
