Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as the Petitioner's representation dated 20 March 2016 bearing the challenge to the transfer order in question and the request to consider the same sympathetically on medical ground of his wife and son, is still pending.

The concerned Respondents to consider the said representation, as early as possible and preferably within four weeks from today. The statement is also made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the Petitioner has already joined on 15 May 2016 at his transfer place.
