The Applicant is seeking expedited hearing of his appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal No.1443 of 2011.

The learned counsel for the Applicant has stated that the Applicant is in custody since the year 2007. Looking to this fact and that the paper books are ready, the appeal to be placed on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 25.4.2016. 4.
