This application has been preferred by the Applicant for expedited hearing of his appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal No.1425 of 2011. Looking to the fact that the Applicant is in custody since 27.10.2009 and the fact that the application is filed through jail and that the paper books are ready, we are inclined to expedite the hearing of Criminal Appeal No.1425 of 2011. Accordingly, Criminal Appeal No.1425 of 2011 be placed on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 25.4.2016.
