The prayer in this Application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for quashing charge sheet for the offences punishable under sections 387, 454, 342 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The remedy of applying for discharge is available to the applicants. 2.

It is well settled that power under section 482 of Cr. P.C. can be exercised in very rare cases and sparingly. Hence, we decline to entertain this Application. However, the remedies of the applicants are kept open. All contentions on merits are kept open.
