The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 154 days in filing the above Family Court Appeal. We however note that the Registry has made a remark that infact there is no delay because the time to file the appeal expired during the period FEBRUARY 02, 2024 Aarti Palkar

10.IA.3682.2020.doc of Covid. Be that as it may, out of abundunt caution, we condone the delay for the reasons stated in the Interim Application. 2.

Now that the delay is condoned, the Registry shall proceed to number the above Appeal subject to the Appellant removing all other office objections within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 4.
