The grievance of the petitioner is that though the trial is commenced and dates are fixed by the Sessions Court, Mumbai in Court Room No.41 in S.C. No.637 of 2012, he was not produced before the Court on some dates. 2.

In case the said trial is not yet concluded, we direct the concerned jail authorities / police authorities to produce the petitioner on each date on which effective hearing is fixed by the concerned Court. 3.
