Heard. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Learned AGP waives notice for Respondent No. 1-State. By consent of parties, petition is taken up for final hearing. Since the order which is being passed is not likely to affect the rights of the Respondent No. 2 adversely, service on the Respondent No. 2 is dispensed with.

The only relief sought by the Petitioner in this petition is for expeditious disposal of the dispute pending before the Co1 / 2
3 - WP. 4698-19 operative Court at Mumbai, since he is senior citizen. In view of this, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Co-operative Court, at Mumbai to dispose of the pending Dispute No. 8 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of six months from today. The writ petition is made absolute in the aforesaid terms.
