Parties submit that the matrimonial dispute between them is settled in terms of what is stated in the consent terms. The power of attorney holder-Mrs. Visalakshi Venkatesh, the mother of the Petitioner - husband is personally present in the Court. The Petitioner could not remain present personally as he is residing in Texas (United States of America). The Petitioner-husband has signed on the power of attorney which is duly affirmed before the Notary from the State of Texas. 1/2

The Consent Terms are signed by Mrs. Visalakshi Venkatesh who is the power of attorney of the Petitioner - Vijaykrishnan Venkatesh. The consent terms are signed by the Respondent-Sharadha Jayaraman. The consent terms are duly signed by the learned counsel representing the respective parties. Learned counsel for the Petitioner identified Mrs. Visalakshi Venkatesh, who is personally present before the Court and learned counsel for the Respondent identified Ms. Sharadha Jayaraman, who is also personally present before the Court. I have interacted with the parties. They agree to abide by the consent terms. 4.

The Writ Petition No.8200/2019 is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
