Heard Mr. Shah, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr. Agashe, learned Counsel for the respondents. 2.
By order dated 2nd May, 2017, this Court [Coram: A.A. Sayed, J.] proposed to appoint Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.R. Sathe [retired] former Judge of this Court as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. Learned prospective Arbitrator was requested to file statement of disclosure in terms of Section 11(8) read with Section 12 (1) (b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the next date. He
5-ARP[ST] No. 9719-2017 was also requested to indicate in the statement of disclosure that he would be able to complete the arbitration proceedings within 12 months from the date of entering upon the reference as contemplated under section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the matter was adjourned to 13th June, 2017 for direction. Learned Counsel for the applicants was directed to communicate this order to the learned prospective Arbitrator. 3.
In pursuance thereof, learned prospective Arbitrator has submitted statement of disclosure as contemplated in Section 11(8) read with Section 12 (1) (b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Statement of disclosure is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view thereof, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sathe [retired] former Judge of this Court is appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. Learned Counsel for the parties to assure that they will serve authenticated copy of this order on the Hon'ble Arbitrator. Petition is disposed of. Order accordingly.
