This is an application for modification of condition No. (ii) of order dated 17/03/2017. The said condition reads as under;

"Applicants be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.1 Lac each with one or more local solvent sureties in the like amount."

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ordinary resident of Delhi/Gurgaon and it is difficult Nesarikar

2 / 2 31-APPP-311-17.odt for him to furnish local sureties from Mumbai. He on instructions submitted that the applicant will furnish solvent sureties from Delhi and/or Gurgaon. The said statement is accepted.

In view of above, the condition No.(ii) is hereby modified and the applicant is permitted to furnish solvent sureties from Delhi/Gurgaon. Period to furnish surety is hereby extended by 8 weeks from today.
