Heard Mr. Sharma, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. Dedhia, learned A.P.P, for respondent-State.

Mr. Dedhia submits that trial in this case has already been commenced. Two prosecution witnesses have been examined. He has tendered extract of Roznama dated 13th November, 2021 in Sessions Case No.388 of 2017. It is taken on record and marked ' X' for identification. Last date of hearing was 19th November, 2021. 3.

In that view of the matter, the trial Court is directed to expedite the matter and ensure that the applicant gets speedy justice. The trial Court be informed accordingly.

In view of disposal of the application, Interim Application stands disposed of.
