Both, the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents state that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have entered into consent terms. Learned Counsel have tendered the Consent Terms entered into between the parties. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked `X' for identification. The petitioner as well as the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are present in Court and reiterate that they have settled their dispute amicably and have entered into Consent Terms, which are tendered today.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner, who is present in the Court, undertakes to withdraw the Suit as

Considering that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have entered into consent terms, nothing survives for consideration is this Petition. Petition is accordingly disposed of. 4.

Parties to comply with the terms and conditions set out in the Consent Terms.
