The petitioner herein has challenged the order of issuance of process under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. It is not in dispute that alternative and efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner. Hence, I am not inclined to invoke the writ jurisdiction. 2.

Hence, petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court. 3.

Petitioners are entitled to seek condonation of delay under Section 14 of Limitation Act.
