This Interim Application has been taken out seeking condonation of delay of 50 days in moving the present application and for restoration of Writ Petition No.8345 of 2018, which has been dismissed for non removal of office objections. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the status on the official website did not reflect that the Writ Petition has been dismissed and the Applicant was not aware about the conditional order. He would further submit that some of the office objections were removed.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent opposes the Interim Application.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to the payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to Kirtikar Law Library within a period of two weeks from today. The office objections be removed within a period of two weeks from today.

If the office objections are removed, list the Writ Petition for consideration after three weeks.

The Interim Application stands disposed of.
