After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it appears that petition can be disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Director, Kalyan Dombivili Municipal Corporation to decide the representation, which has been submitted on 3 January, 2019 by petitioner. 2.

Mr. Rao, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4 states that the representation will be decided within a period of twelve weeks. 3.

In view of aforesaid, the Assistant Director, Kalyan Dombivili Municipal Corporation to dispose of the pending representation/ application within a period of twelve weeks after hearing the petitioner, if necessary.
