This is an application seeking condonatin of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by the Special Judge (Anti-Corruption), Pune dated 30.9.2015 in Special Case No.38 of 2010 thereby acquitting the respondent of the offence punishable under Sections 7, 3(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. There is delay of 92 days in filing the application. 2.

For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 4, 5 and 6, the delay of 92 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the application is allowed in the above terms. Application stands disposed of. (SMT.SADHANA S.JADHAV, J.)
